I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Public transport connections to Wembley are really good. The restaurant/bar on site was clean and offered good value. Free parking was definitely a selling point for me. the room had a useful mini-fridge.
The shower over the bath wasn't very POWERFUL.

The twin room included two single beds with clean linens. A small desk sat near the window, plus there was a mini fridge. I appreciated the fresh towels and toiletries that were provided daily.

the breakfast had a nice buffet style (it included hot items). the staff were also friendly and helpful. its location is ideal, especially with the bus stop right across the street. a tesco shop is conveniently located next door.
the basement room i initially got had no windows. the shower was yellow, and the water was cold. the bathroom was tiny and smelly, and i could hear everything from the public toilets next door.

The location was convenient for my trip. I could walk to nearby shops for necessities.. The staff were very helpful when I needed directions. The free parking was also a great benefit.
